Access to the Sites is subject to the user terms and conditions set forth herein ("User Terms" or "Terms and Conditions"), as well as to all applicable trademark and copyright laws and all other applicable laws and regulations. BY ACCESSING THE SITES, YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN WITHOUT ANY QUALIFICATION OR EXCEPTIONS TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Organogenesis and its affiliates, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting such amended terms on the Sites in lieu of the then current User Terms. By accessing the Sites subsequent to the adoption of any such amendments, you agree to accept any such amendments to the User Terms.

THE SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ORGANOGENESIS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES REGARDING YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SITES OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SITES. ORGANOGENESIS DOES NOT HAVE A DUTY TO ANYONE USING THE SITES AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY HARM OR INJURY RESULTING TO ANY USER OR ANYONE ELSE RESULTING FROM ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BASED ON RELIANCE UPON THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITES.

The Sites do not provide medical advice or diagnosis, prognosis or treatment information. Nothing you learn on the Sites can be considered or intended to constitute the practice of or furnishing of medical, nursing, or professional health care advice, diagnosis, consultation or treatment. The information provided on the Sites do not create any physician-patient relationship, nor should it be considered a replacement for consultation with a health care professional.

Organogenesis assumes no responsibility for any use of the information obtained from the Sites. Also, please note that although we strive to keep our information up to date, medical information changes rapidly, and, therefore, some information may be out of date. For advice about your specific medical situation, including diagnosis, prognosis and/or treatment, always consult with your doctor, health professional or other qualified caregiver with any questions that you may have about a medical issue. If you have or believe you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or dial 911 immediately.

The inclusion of any link does not imply that Organogenesis endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content on such third-party sites. Refer to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of each individual third-party site to determine your rights and responsibilities in using such site. Your use of such third-party Web site is at your own risk.

If you link to the Sites, your link, when activated by a user, may not trigger any pop-up or pop-under windows. You may not frame the Sites or modify or alter the content or manner of display of the Sites. You may not link from any web site or webpage containing material, that:

If you violate these Terms and Conditions, Organogenesis may, in its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Sites, or any portion thereof. These actions are in addition to and not in lieu or limitation of any other right or remedy Organogenesis may have available at law. Further, Organogenesis will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination or discontinuance.
